From the beginning, Morna's goal has been to offer the best possible customer service to her clients. Her bubbly personality and enthusiasm are driven by a love for her work. As Morna puts it "There is no better feeling than handing someone the keys to their new home."

She was brought up and educated in the Aberdeen area and lived in the United States for 12 years, where she began working for a busy property leasing company in Clearwater, Florida. It was during this time that she discovered she had a real passion for helping people find their perfect property. On returning to Aberdeen, Morna continued to manage a local property leasing company and very soon realised the prospects of branching out on her own.  The key to Morna's success is going the extra mile for example by collecting professionals from their workplace at a convenient time and transporting them to several properties at once.

Morna also relocates families who are moving to Aberdeen for the first time. "People who've just been assigned to Aberdeen often don't have a support system in place, so we provide that for them. I recognise that it can't be easy coming into a new city, not knowing the area." She can also arrange corporate short term leases with the option of a fully comprehensive equipment service, so that when you get the keys, you find your property has everything you need, from tea towels to clothes pegs.

As the business has expanded, Morna's daughter, Chantelle recently joined the company after graduating in law and working in the oil industry. She has brought the company forward into new areas by introducing additional services including domestic energy assessments and our new computerised flat mate matching service..

In addition, Heather Macgeorge, a former Royal Navy Wren, has been with us for 2 years and is head of our accounts department. Heather has years of experience working in the property market and she is very conscientous and treats our landlords and tenants with great care and attention.

Lesley Macleod our Inspection Manager is in charge of performing quarterly inspections for all our managed properties. Lesley has years of experience in the customer service industry and is very trustworthy and reliable. She is very conscientous and her customer service skills are excellent.

Jenna-Lynne Masson is our part-time Viewing Agent and Admin Assistant. She is a law student and is very friendly and helpful.
