Morna Petrano is by far the best letting agency in Aberdeen. A lot of places you walk into seem unpleasant and very business orientated. Morna Petrano is run by some of the nicest people living in the North East and I always felt like a person when i walked in the door. I was treated absolutely fairly regarding issues with the flat and they were always resolved ASAP.
Morna Petrano leasing has managed my rental property for several years now and I have found them to be very thorough, reliable and have had absolutely no problems during this entire time. Also, very importantly, I have not had longer than a few days between one tenant leaving and another being found. Excellent communication between tenants and myself.
